Night
Horse

Like a night
horse I will find my way
up the steep and rocky trail to your door
It's a rough course but I will not stray
Something tells me I have been here before
Like a night
horse I will never fall
Neither will I stumble at the edge of a waking dream
I will come to you when I hear you call
Carry you to places you have never seen
I don't need
twenty-twenty vision
I just need the dark
I have no fear, no indecision
You will know me by the pounding of my heart
You will run
your hand along my back
As you comb your fingers through my shining hair
Lead me to the shadows warm and black
Say the word and I will take you anywhere
I will find
you....
You will give
me water for my thirst
Talk to me in whispers only I can hear
Ride me slowly through your universe
We can close our eyes and we will disappear
I don’t
need twenty-twenty vision
I just need the dark
I have no fear, no indecision
You will know me by the pounding of my heart
I will find
you...
Like a night horse I will...
I will find you...
